Service Description
Flexibility, Conditioning & Technique- Start strong in 2026 Starting Tuesday 6th January 2026, runs for 3 weeks. Choose 2 classes per week from (AEDT): Tuesdays 4pm- 5pm Wednesdays 10am- 11am Thursdays 6-7pm Fridays 10am- 11am In each session, students will: ✅ Explore the alignment and mechanics that underpin correct technique ✅ Build strength and flexibility through age-appropriate conditioning exercises ✅ Grow their body awareness to move with clarity and confidence ✅ Ground their training in the foundations of ballet- the base of all technique Led by Mikki Lipson, a former professional dancer with over 20 years of coaching experience, these classes are about setting strong, supportive foundations in a friendly, encouraging environment. Students will come away not only stronger and more connected in their dancing, but with tools to carry into all of their classes. Equipment Required for All Classes - Small Foam Roller - Yoga Block - Small Pilates Ball - Theraband (Minimum 1.2m in length) - Exercise book & pen

Booking Policy All sessions will be recorded for your convenience. If you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a link to the recording to complete the session in your own time. Alternatively, you may join another group class as a make-up session (subject to availability). Make-up sessions must be used within two terms from the missed class. Please note: No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
