Our online Group Conditioning Program is built for dancers and gymnasts who want to train hard, have fun, and see real results! 6 x 1-hour sessions STARTING Sunday 1st June This program covers all the foundations and beyond: ✅ Strength & Flexibility ✅ Turn Technique & Balance ✅ Extensions, Jumps & Power ✅ Feet & Knee Alignment for Longevity ✅ Mindset Coaching to Thrive Under Pressure Designed to support athletes of all ages, this program builds not only the body, but the mental edge needed to excel in competitive environments. Whether you’re striving for the stage, the podium, or the next level of your personal best — this is where your next breakthrough begins. Stretch Further. Jump Higher. Shine Brighter. Equipment Required for All Programs To get the most out of each session, please have the following items ready: - Small Foam Roller - Slider discs - Yoga Block - Small Pilates Ball - Theraband (Minimum 1.2m in length) - Ankle Weights (0.5 kg for children under 12, 0.5kg-1kg for ages 13 & over) **Optional but recommended: Balance Board (eg. Hype Sports Balance Board)

Booking Policy All sessions will be recorded for your convenience. If you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a link to the recording to complete the session in your own time. Alternatively, you may join another group class as a make-up session (subject to availability). Make-up sessions must be used within two terms from the missed class. Please note: No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
